Famous Cricket Club in the Amsterdamse Bos with turf pitch, pavillion with stunning view and dazzling cricket, hosting many matches of test countries.

VRA is a cricket club with a long history of playing cricket in Amsterdam. The original roots date back from 1882 when famous Dutch poet Herman Gorter started playing cricket in the Vondelpark and Museumplein. The originating clubs Volharing, R.A.P. and Amstelsch, were merged together into VRA in 1914.
Today VRA is based in the Amsterdamse Bos, playing with 10 senior teams and 5 youth teams on 3 pitches, one of them turf.
Over the past decade, VRA has hosted several international matches of Australia, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and associate countries.
The bar is serving drinks and light food.
